Track Circuit Diagnostic
Purpose:
Track Circuit Diagnostic identifies problems in track circuit works and issues alerts to allow repair before influence on service. TCD provides wide range detection of track circuit equipment problems, rail head contamination, ballast or insulation faults and automations of maintenance.

Main functions
Our controllers perform the voltage measurement for track circuit in four points:
- out of track generator;
- entrance of track receiver;
- on the relay coil;
- out of track filter.
Controllers are situated on the relay rack of electric centralized offices, electric centralized modules and automatic block system. Solutions implemented for wide range of track circuit technologies: DC, AC, audio frequency.
The insulation resistance measurements are realized:
- insulation resistance of cable conductors relative to the ground (24 galvanic uncoupled chains);
- insulation resistance of 24 galvanic uncoupled chains relative to each other in all combinations.

Switch Condition Diagnostic
Purpose:

Main functions
- Current oscillogram registration for direct current switch point.
- Current and voltage oscillogram registration for alternating current switch point.
- Calculating active power consumed by switch machine and switching force and hand shaft torque for alternating current switch machine.

- Switch current analysis for direct current switch machine through 7 parameters with automatic situation and accidents reports.

Signaling Power Diagnostic
Purpose:
Diagnostic the availability and quality of power supply to vital systems such as signaling, rail crossings and switches. Correlation of power information with other infrastructure monitoring data streams assists in the diagnosis of complex faults.

Rail Crossing Diagnostic
Purpose:
Rail Crossing Diagnostic allows record overall state for test and investigation to condition monitoring for predict maintenance. Comprehensive logical analysis of the monitored inputs, the system determines multiple performance indicators, such as warning time, barrier rise/fall time, equipment faults and road closure time.

Main functions
- Fully isolated digital and analogue inputs.
- Main controller collect and transmit data about rail crossing condition to the station devices through physical line for analysis and storage.
- Ability to collect 16 digital inputs and measure voltages (24 analogue inputs), currents (up to 8 channels) and insulation resistance of 8 galvanic uncoupled chains relative to Earth.
- Time domain measurements.
